SPEC Challenge 4/18
Our new challenge - I think we can all agree that our nutrition challenges of the past have grown a little stale. Enter our new challenge for 2018…..
We will be doing a challenge beginning on Monday, April 2, 2018 and running until Friday, May 4, 2018, that will be composed of 2 parts.
The first portion will be similar to our paleo challenges that we have done in the past. We will keep track of everything that we are putting in our bodies, but this time we will be following the “keto” diet guidelines. Once you sign-up for the challenge, we will give out material to help you with what you can and can’t eat, and a 14 day keto diet plan.
The second portion will be based on improvements in 5 different benchmark WODs. Improvements will be measured by decreased times, increases in work output, strength, and improvements in movements.
The fee for the challenge is $40 - $20 will be put into a pot and we will have a winner for the females and males.
